It’s time to talk nutrition! CrossFit identified nutrition as the base of all other things:
Improving your health and fitness requires regular exercise, but it also requires consistent attention to what we eat. This challenge is all about developing consistency!
WHAT IS IT?
This challenge was designed by OptimizeMe Nutrition. Eat 800 grams (g) of fruits and/or vegetables, by weight, per day. That’s it.
- No foods are eliminated, but only fruits and veggies count toward the 800g. Eat the fruits and veggies or your choice. Hit the macros you want.
- Raw, cooked, canned, frozen; doesn’t matter! If you can weigh it as a standalone and unprocessed fruit or vegetable, you can count it. Yep, that’s it! Click here for all the rules and scoring details.
- So why 800g? It’s associated with increased health and is a simplified way to hit those recommended servings of fruits and vegetables. Read more here.

We will host a meeting on Tuesday, 24 September at noon – location to be determined. We’ll go over the challenge rules and answer your questions. Be sure to be there!
There will be a buy-in of 5 euro. The money will be used as prizes for those who participate

Winner (person with the most points over the 4 weeks) – 60% of the money collected
Once a week, we will do a random drawing and the winner will get 10% of the money collected.
